This usually means either a dry face with oily T-zone or oily face with dry T-zone. The T-zone is the area across your forehead and down your nose which forms the letter T.
This is the most common skintype. Use combination skin products or you can use two different creams, a richer one on the dry patches and a lighter cream on oily spots.
